This programme features a documentary section describing the format of the re-built Globe Theatre in the style of the original of William Shakespeare. Authentic costuming is also discussed and its effect on the characterization and movement for the actors.
The remaining programming is the opening royal gala perfomance given to open the building, which comprised the Chorus and the conclusion (approximately 40 minutes) of HENRY V, starring Mark Rylance as the King, with Zoe Wanamaker giving the opening chorus.
